Experience and full fluency in working with AutoCAD is mandatory, a minimum of 2 years working within a professional design firm, and an associate degree in related design field or engineering field is required. Knowledge of pools, hydraulics, pool equipment, and experience in pool design is valued but not a requirement

• On the job training requires a fast learner with an open mind to learning new concepts and applying them on the job.
• Full Fluency in AutoCAD and related design programs.
• Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Lumion or other 3D related software is a plus.
• Must be organized and understand time to job related costs to manage project budgets, ability to manage multiple projects and have skills in planning and goal setting.
• Project management skills and experience with software such as Asana, Xcel or related task management and benchmark setting software for managing deadlines and progress due dates is a plus.
• 2 + Years experience working in a professional design office including utilization of current editions of AutoCAD software. Revit is a plus.
• Good communication skills, time management, collaboration and working well as a team player.
